Skirt Steak in Lemon Garlic Buerre Monte Sauce

With just a few simple ingredients like garlic, lemon, and butter, you’ll have a restaurant-quality sauce in minutes. Skirt Steak in Lemon Garlic Buerre Monte Sauce

Equipment
- 1 sauce pan
- 1 baking sheet
Ingredients
- 1½ lb skirt steak
- 6 garlic cloves pressed
- 2 tsp M Salt or any garlic, salt, pepper blend
- 3 tbsp water
- 8 tbsp cold butter sliced into 1 tbsp slices
- ⅓ cup Mediterranean Lemon Drench Dressing
- 1 tsp M Salt or any garlic, salt, pepper blend
- 8 oz homemade style linguini or capellini (Can be store bought) regular is okay too, I just like the texture.
Instructions
- Lay the 1½ lb skirt steak on a sheet. Rub with 6 garlic cloves pressed and 2 tsp M Salt.
- In a small sauce pan, heat the 3 tbsp water over low (don't boil). Once heated, add in the 8 tbsp cold butter 1 tbsp at a time. Whisk continuously after you add each tbsp. It will become a thickened butter sauce.
- Add in the ⅓ cup Mediterranean Lemon Drench Dressing and 1 tsp M Salt. Let rest while you move on to the next steps.
- Preheat the grill to 400℉
- Place the steak on the grill, cook 4-5 minutes until seared and then flip. Cook another 4-5 minutes. Remove once steak reaches an internal temp of 145 ℉. Remove and let rest 5-10 minutes.
- Cook the 8 oz homemade style linguini according to the package instructions. Drain, place back in the sauce pan and add in the sauce.
- Serve with your favorite vegetables as a side.
