Equipment

  • 1 sauce pan
  • 1 baking sheet

Ingredients

  • lb skirt steak
  • 6 garlic cloves pressed
  • 2 tsp M Salt or any garlic, salt, pepper blend
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 8 tbsp cold butter sliced into 1 tbsp slices
  • cup Mediterranean Lemon Drench Dressing
  • 1 tsp M Salt or any garlic, salt, pepper blend
  • 8 oz homemade style linguini or capellini (Can be store bought) regular is okay too, I just like the texture.

Instructions

  • Lay the 1½ lb skirt steak on a sheet. Rub with 6 garlic cloves pressed and 2 tsp M Salt.
  • In a small sauce pan, heat the 3 tbsp water over low (don't boil). Once heated, add in the 8 tbsp cold butter 1 tbsp at a time. Whisk continuously after you add each tbsp. It will become a thickened butter sauce.
  • Add in the ⅓ cup Mediterranean Lemon Drench Dressing and 1 tsp M Salt. Let rest while you move on to the next steps.
  • Preheat the grill to 400℉
  • Place the steak on the grill, cook 4-5 minutes until seared and then flip. Cook another 4-5 minutes. Remove once steak reaches an internal temp of 145 ℉. Remove and let rest 5-10 minutes.
  • Cook the 8 oz homemade style linguini according to the package instructions. Drain, place back in the sauce pan and add in the sauce.
  • Serve with your favorite vegetables as a side.
