Slow Cooker Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breast (chopped)
- 2 cup Milk (whole, organic)
- 2 1/2 cup Chicken broth (organic)
- 1 tbsp Seasoning (italian)
- 3 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 12 oz Rotini
- 12 oz Broccoli (frozen)
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 2 cup Parmesan
Instructions
- Turn a slow cooker to low.
- Add in 2 chopped chicken breast, 2 cup whole milk, 2 cup chicken broth, 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. salt. Stir well. Place the lid on and let simmer.
- An hour before you are ready to serve add in the rotini and broccoli. Crank the setting to high. Stir well.
- 20 minutes later stir. Do this every 20 minutes for an hour.
- Once the pasta is done, add in 2 cups shredded parmesan and 8 oz. cream cheese. Stir.
- Place the lid on and let melt for 10 minutes. Stir through.
- If it is too thick add in a splash of milk until creamy.
- Serve immediately.
