Soy Free Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Coconut aminos
- 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/3 cup Raw honey
- 1 tbsp Molasses
- 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 clove Garlic (Pressed)
Arrowroot Slurry
- 1 tsp Arrowroot
- 3 tsp Water
Instructions
- In a sauce pan over low/medium heat combine 3/4 cup coconut aminos, 3 TBSP. rice vinegar, 2 tsp. sesame oil, 1/3 cup raw honey, 1 TBSP. molasses, 1/2 tsp. ginger powder, 1 tsp. onion powder and 2 cloves of pressed garlic.
- Bring to a low, rolling boil and simmer about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix together in a small dish the 1 tsp. arrow root and 3 tsp. water.
- Pour the arrowroot slurry into the mixture in the pan. Whisk together and let simmer another 5 minutes.
- Pour into a ball jar and store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
