Soy Free Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Coconut aminos
  • 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup Raw honey
  • 1 tbsp Molasses
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 clove Garlic (Pressed)

Arrowroot Slurry

  • 1 tsp Arrowroot
  • 3 tsp Water

Instructions

  • In a sauce pan over low/medium heat combine 3/4 cup coconut aminos, 3 TBSP. rice vinegar, 2 tsp. sesame oil, 1/3 cup raw honey, 1 TBSP. molasses, 1/2 tsp. ginger powder, 1 tsp. onion powder and 2 cloves of pressed garlic.
  • Bring to a low, rolling boil and simmer about 3-4 minutes. 
  • Mix together in a small dish the 1 tsp. arrow root and 3 tsp. water. 
  • Pour the arrowroot slurry into the mixture in the pan.  Whisk together and let simmer another 5 minutes.
  • Pour into a ball jar and store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
