1.5 lbs. chicken breast | |

2 TBSP. Arrow root | |
28 oz. tomato sauce | |
1/2 tsp. oregano | |
1/2 tsp. onion powder | |
1/4 tsp. chili powder | |
1/4 tsp. smoked paprika | |
1 dash cinnamon | |
1 dash cumin | |
oilfor greasing | |
12tortillas | |
2-3 cups cheddar cheese shredded | |
1 cup sour cream |

In a sauce pan combine the butter with the chicken breast and simmer/ flip until the chicken is almost done.

Remove the chicken. Add arrow root on low to form a paste.

Add in tomato sauce and turn up the heat to medium.

Dice up the chicken and add in. Whisk until combined.

Add in the remainder of ingredients until it reaches a rolling boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 min until desired thickness is reached.

Grab a square foil, spray with oil. Lay out a tortilla salt and spoon chicken mixture in the middle. Sprinkle cheese on top and spread a spoonful of sour cream. Flip in the edges and roll. Keep on repeating until all 12 are finished. At this point you can place them in the refrigerator for later, freeze or go directly to grilling.
Place 2 at a time in the foil and wrap. Place on grill preheated to 375 for 15-20 minutes until bubbly. Remove and enjoy!
