1 tsp. salt | |
1/4 tsp. ground ginger | |

1/4 tsp. smoked paprika | |
1/4 tsp. oregano | |
1/4 tsp. all spice | |
1 tsp. coconut sugar | |
1/4 cup maple syrup | |
1/4 cup coconut aminos | |
1/2 tsp. ground ginger | |
1 tsp. garlic powder | |

Prepare the rack of ribs by taking off the membrane and cutting into individual ribs. In a small cup mix together all of the ingredients through the coconut sugar.

Place the ribs meat side up in a crock pot on slow and sprinkle the mixture onto all of the ribs using all of it. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours

Mix together all of the ingredients maple syrup through the rest.

Place the ribs on a grill heated to 375 over indirect heat. Baste the mixture over the ribs in thin layers. Approximately every 5 minutes. After 30 minutes and the sauce is gone remove and serve.
