Sticky Chicken Burger

Ingredients
Patties
- 2 lb Ground chicken
- 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp Mustard powder
- 2 tbsp Einkorn flour
- 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce (RIB Rack)
Instructions
- In a bowl mix all seasonings together.
- Add to the ground chicken and mix together.
- Shape into 8 burgers and freeze or use right away.
- To cook, place directly on the grill over medium heat (don't forget to grease the grates) until an internal temperature of 165 has been reached.
- Add a few extra minutes if using frozen from freezer
- Top with 2 TBSP BBQ sauce for each burger
