Sticky Chicken Burger

Ingredients

Patties

  • 2 lb Ground chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard powder
  • 2 tbsp Einkorn flour
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce (RIB Rack)

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix all seasonings together.
  • Add to the ground chicken and mix together.
  • Shape into 8 burgers and freeze or use right away.
  • To cook, place directly on the grill over medium heat (don't forget to grease the grates) until an internal temperature of 165 has been reached.
  • Add a few extra minutes if using frozen from freezer
  • Top with 2 TBSP BBQ sauce for each burger
