Sweet and Spicey Sriracha Noodles
Sometimes I just crave some really good noodles! I learned a while ago that most takeout places use oils I don’t prefer to use and add in preservatives that aren’t necessary and would leave me feeling off.
So I went to the kitchen and created my own!
Not only are these a perfect balance of flavors but on a weeknight they come together in under 30 min!
Most ingredients are things you would have in your pantry with some healthy swaps ! I love using Brown Rice ramen noodles and Cocominos in place of soy sauce! The outcome is delicious and these options will leave you feeling much more balanced.
Hope you enjoy!
