Taco Flatbreads

Ingredients

  • 5 Flatbread (Use our recipe attached or buy your favorite)
  • 1 lb Ground beef (ground chicken or turkey would work too )
  • 1 package Taco seasoning mix (we love siete brand)
  • 16 oz Refried beans (we love siete brand )
  • 2 cup Shredded cheese (buy block and shred yourself )
  • 2 cup Taco toppings (lettuce, tomato, sour cream, etc)

Instructions

Cook Meat

  • Heat a medium skillet over medium heat 
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Add ground beef, cook through. Add taco seasoning and water, cook down. Turn off heat
  • Grab flatbreads, line on a cookie sheet or sheet tray 
  • Add about 1/4 cup refried beans, spread out thin 
  • Add seasoned ground beef
  • Sprinkle with desired amount of cheese 
  • Bake at 400 for about 18-20 minutes. Until golden brown and cheese is melted
  • Top with favorite toppings. We used lettuce, Siete Jalapeno Cream Sauce, and tomatoes. We used Siete Rojo Salsa and Sour Cream for dipping. Add whatever else you would like or leave our what you don't. 
  • Slice into quarters, enjoy!

Notes

Storage
  • Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days in a ziploc bag. Reheat in oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes

  • Naturally nut free but can be made dairy free based on your topping choices
