Tangy BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients
- 16 Meatballs (buy or use our easy homemade recipe attached)
- 2 cup Barbecue sauce (Buy or use our easy homemade recipe- attached)
- 3 cup Mashed potatoes (see our mashed potato trick to prep ahead)
- 12 oz Broccoli (I buy frozen, use any veggies you like here though)
Instructions
- First, make sure to either use recipes attached for meatballs, sauce, and mashed potatoes or buy your own/make your another kind you like.
- In a slow cooker, add 16 meatballs with 1/2 c of bbq sauce. Turn on low and cook all day or on high for 4-5 hours.
- Once cooked, turn off heat and add in remaining 1 1/2 c bbq sauce, add lid, and allow sauce to heat for a few minutes.
- In a saute pan, add 12 oz of your favorite frozen veggies, sauce and season with salt and pepper until roasted and warmed through.
- Plate BBQ meatballs with mashed potatoes and veggies. You can use another side besides mashed potatoes (ie: rice, biscuits, etc) if you desire.
