1 box graham crackers
3 cups heavy cream
1tsp. vanilla
1oz. freeze dried strawberries
1quart blueberries washed
1 quart strawberries finely chopped

Place a metal bowl in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.

Pour in the cream, vanilla, maple syrup and freeze dried strawberries. Whip together until stiff peaks form.

Using at 8x8 dish lined with parchment paper layer one thing layer of the whipped topping.

Mix the blueberries into the bowl of whipped topping.
