Tomato Bisque

Ingredients

  • 28 oz Organic petite diced tomatoes
  • 14 oz Organic tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 3 Whole garlic cloves (Pressed)
  • 1 Bay leaves

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours
  • Remove the bay leaf.
  • If there is any rind left, remove the rind.
  • Use an immersion blender and puree the soup.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Storage
  • Freeze any leftover soup in individual freezer bags to use later. We love serving this with grilled cheese- especially in the kids lunch.
REHEAT/COOK IF FROZEN
  • If frozen, thaw in fridge overnight or defrost in microwave for a few minutes. Add to saucepan and reheat until heated through
