Two Ingredient Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb  90 percent lean ground beef (ground chicken or turkey could work too)
  • 2 tsp Danos cheesoning (or any of your favorite seasoning blends)

Instructions

  • Place 1 1/2 lb of ground beef into a bowl. 
  • Add 2 tsp of Dano's Cheesoning or whatever kind of seasoning you prefer. 
  • Mix well with your hands
  • Scoop out by the tablespoon full and roll into a ball 
  • You can freeze on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper and store in a ziploc baggie until needed or you can use right away in any recipe.
