Whipped Brie
Where are our bread and butter lovers? This brie recipe makes the lightest, yummiest spread for baguettes. It looks super sophisticated and no one needs to know it is so easy.

2TBSP. extra virgin olive oil | |
1 onion finely chopped | |
1TBSP. honey | |
1TBSP. balsamic vinegar | |
1tsp. garlic salt | |
8oz. triple brie- make sure it is triple |

Turn the heat to medium.

Add in the oil and onions.

Once the onions are translucent (stirring frequently) add the remaining ingredients except for the triple brie.

Once it reduces, remove from heat and let cool.

Add the triple brie to a stand mixer. This can be done by hand but it takes about 10 minutes. Turn to medium high and let whip for 10 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy. Stir in the onion mixture and serve. You can place in the refrigerator as well until guest arrive.
