Whipped Cottage Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients
- 10 slice Sourdough bread (Izzio Everything)
- 1 cup Cottage cheese (Good Culture whole milk small curd)
- 1/4 cup Peach jam with habanero (Cellar Door Brand)
Instructions
- Toast the bread and slice into quarters.
- In a food processor on high whip the cottage cheese until it turns to a cream.
- Place the jam in a baggie and cut the corner so you can pipe it out.
- Smear a spoonful of the cottage cheese onto a piece of the toast and pipe the jam on top. Repeat until all pieces are finished.
- Enjoy!
