Whipped Cottage Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 10 slice Sourdough bread (Izzio Everything)
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese (Good Culture whole milk small curd)
  • 1/4 cup Peach jam with habanero (Cellar Door Brand)

Instructions

  • Toast the bread and slice into quarters.
  • In a food processor on high whip the cottage cheese until it turns to a cream.
  • Place the jam in a baggie and cut the corner so you can pipe it out.
  • Smear a spoonful of the cottage cheese onto a piece of the toast and pipe the jam on top. Repeat until all pieces are finished.
  • Enjoy!
