Heat a skillet on a stove top over medium heat. Once hot, add in some extra virgin olive oil. About 2 tbsp. maybe a little bit more.
Season the outside of the 2½ lb Pork Loin generously with M Salt. I don't give an exact amount because the size for you could vary a little bit. You want it coated.
Place the Pork Loin in the preheated skillet and sear each side 3-4 minutes.
Drizzle 1/2 cup of the 1 cup Noble Made Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce. Flip and drizzle over the other half.
Place in the oven at 400℉. Bake about 15 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145℉. Remove and let rest 5-10 minutes until cooked through.
Slice and serve with your favorite sides- I like it over mashed potatoes that I have prepped and frozen and some steamed veggies.
