Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 organic onion
  • 2 organic carrots peeled and chopped
  • cup organic mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 organic celery stalk chopped
  • 1 tbsp M Salt
  • 1 tsp organic onion powder
  • 2 lb beef sirloin cubed
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose einkorn flour
  • 1 cup American Spoon Pumpkin Chipotle Roasting Sauce
  • 32 oz organic beef broth

Instructions

  • Turn an all in one slow cooker to sear. Add in 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Once heated, add in 1 organic onion chopped, 2 organic carrots, 1½ cup organic mushrooms, 1 organic celery stalk chopped, 1 tbsp M Salt, 1 tsp organic onion powder, 2 lb beef sirloin cubed. Sautee until the meat is browned.
  • Add in 2 tbsp all-purpose einkorn flour and stir until coated. Be sure to continue to cook and additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Add in the 1 cup American Spoon Pumpkin Chipotle Roasting Sauce. Stir until well coated.
  • Add in the 32 oz organic beef broth. Place the lid on and reduce to slow cook high for 4 hours or low 8-10 hours.
  • Remove the lid, give it a stir and serve.
