M salt (or your favorite salt and pepper blend)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Pour the
30 oz chickpeas
onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove, toss chickpeas with
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
,
1 tsp M salt (or your favorite salt and pepper blend)
and
¼ tsp smoked paprika
.
Pour back onto the baking sheet.
Bake another 20 minutes until crisp and enjoy!
Notes
Can be store at room temperature in an airtight container with the lid slightly open for up to 3 days.
