Bang Bang Chicken- No Mayo

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 lb organic chicken tenderloins slice out the white tendon to keep them not chewy
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp organic garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1 cup organic whole fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Siracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 2 lb organic chicken tenderloins, 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt, 1 tsp organic garlic powder and ¼ tsp smoked paprika.
  • In another bowl whisk together the ingredients for Bang Bang sauce. 1 cup organic whole fat Greek yogurt, ½ cup sweet chili sauce, 2 tbsp Siracha and 1 tsp garlic powder.
  • Mix the seasoned chicken with half of the the Bang Bang Sauce.
  • Let marinade at least an hour covered in the refrigerator. Up to 8 hours.
  • Heat the grill to 375℉.
  • Grease the grill basket and place on the grill.
  • Once hot, add in the chicken on a single layer.
  • Cook 5 minutes, flip and cook another 5 minutes.
  • Use the remaining sauce do drizzle over the chicken or dip when you serve. Serve with your favorite rice and vegetables.
