In a mixing bowl, combine 2 lb organic chicken tenderloins, 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt, 1 tsp organic garlic powder and ¼ tsp smoked paprika.
In another bowl whisk together the ingredients for Bang Bang sauce. 1 cup organic whole fat Greek yogurt, ½ cup sweet chili sauce, 2 tbsp Siracha and 1 tsp garlic powder.
Mix the seasoned chicken with half of the the Bang Bang Sauce.
Let marinade at least an hour covered in the refrigerator. Up to 8 hours.
Heat the grill to 375℉.
Grease the grill basket and place on the grill.
Once hot, add in the chicken on a single layer.
Cook 5 minutes, flip and cook another 5 minutes.
Use the remaining sauce do drizzle over the chicken or dip when you serve. Serve with your favorite rice and vegetables.
