Instructions
In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, sauté 1 lb ground beef with 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt.
Once cooked through, stir in 1 cup enchilada sauce , ½ sour cream, 4 oz chiles, 4 oz cream cheese, and 15 oz organic black beans. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle with 2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese and 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, both shredded.
Place in an oven heated to 425℉. Bake 10 minutes until cheese bubbles.
Notes
Instead of pink Himalayan salt, you can use sea salt or a salt of your choice.
