Beef Enchilada Dip
Take this dip to your next party or serve it in place of dinner! We love enchiladas at our house, but sometimes they can be tedious to make. That is why I love making this dip! You can make the enchilada sauce ahead of time and freeze it for when you are ready. The perfect dip for a busy family.
