8ozGoodles Spirals

¾cupgrated parmesan cheese(shredded from a block)
¼cuppecorino cheese(shredded from a block)
1tspground black pepper

Instructions
Cook 8 oz Goodles Spirals according to the package, but add 1 ½ tsp salt to the water.
While the pasta is cooking, shred the parmesan and pecorino cheese.

Once you drain the pasta, add back into the sauce pan.
Pour in the ¼ of water used from pasta and mix and melt 2 tbsp butter. Once butter is melted add ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese, ¼ cup pecorino cheese and 1 tsp ground black pepper.
