On the stove top, place a sauce pan over medium heat.
Pour in 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, ½ onion chopped into small pieces, 2 cloves garlic pressed. Sautee until the onions are caramelized.
Add in 15 oz organic canned tomato sauce, 12 oz organic whole milk, ½ cup organic chicken broth, 1 tsp dried basil and let simmer stirring frequently for 15 minutes. Turn the heat off and whisk in the ½ cup parmesan shredded.

Freezer Instructions
You can easily freeze this sauce. Pour into a ball jar leaving 2 inches at the top. Let cool to room temperature and then place the lid on. Freeze for up to 2 months. To defrost, place in the refrigerator the night before use or defrost according to your microwave instructions.
