you can use gluten

Einkorn flour

Chicken broth

Dry white wine

Get Recipe Ingredients
Instructions
Sautee the
1 Onion
sliced with with
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
in a pan and cook onions through until translucent. Let cool
In a bowl combine the cooked onions,
1 lb Ground chicken
,
2 Whole garlic cloves
minced,
1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
,
1 Egg
,
1/2 cup Gluten free panko
,
1/4 tsp Black pepper
,
1/4 tsp Dried thyme
and
1 tsp Onion powder
in a bowl.
Form into balls about 1 TBSP. each. I use a medium cookie scoop.
Heat a pan to medium and add in some olive oil. (I used my all in one cooker.) Brown the meatballs on all sides and turn to low.
Cover for 10 minutes. Sprinkle in the
1/8 cup Einkorn flour
and then add in the
1 cup Chicken broth
and
1/4 cup Dry white wine
.
Simmer another 20 minutes.
Top with
1/2 cup Gruyere
shredded and cover 2 minutes until melted. Enjoy!
