Ingredients

Marinade

  • 1 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into cubes)
  • ½ organic onion chopped
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Dried basil
  • ½ tsp Dried dill
  • tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup green beans
  • extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a gallon size Ziploc or bowl combine 1 Lemon juiced, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, ½ tsp Oregano, ½ tsp Dried basil, ½ tsp Dried dill, 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt⅛ tsp black pepper and whisk together.
  • Toss in the 1 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast and let marinate up to 8 hours.
  • Heat a grill to 375℉
  • Grease a grill basket with extra virgin olive oil and place on the grill.
  • Add the chicken marinade to the grill basket.
  • Spread the chicken evenly and sprinkle 1 cup green beans on top.
  • Let cook about 5-7 minutes and then stir to flip the chicken. Cook another 5-7 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165℉.
  • Serve over rice or with your favorite pasta.
