Greek Chicken on the Grill

Grilled Greek Chicken in a grill basket is a simple, flavorful way to level up weeknight dinners. The marinade brings bold Mediterranean flavor, and the grill basket makes cleanup easy. It’s perfect for busy nights or casual summer meals. Serve it with rice, a fresh salad or pasta for a complete meal.

- 1 ziploc or glass bowl with lid

Ingredients
Marinade
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into cubes)
- ½ organic onion chopped
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Dried basil
- ½ tsp Dried dill
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup green beans
- extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a gallon size Ziploc or bowl combine 1 Lemon juiced, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, ½ tsp Oregano, ½ tsp Dried basil, ½ tsp Dried dill, 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt⅛ tsp black pepper and whisk together.
- Toss in the 1 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast and let marinate up to 8 hours.
- Heat a grill to 375℉
- Grease a grill basket with extra virgin olive oil and place on the grill.
- Add the chicken marinade to the grill basket.
- Spread the chicken evenly and sprinkle 1 cup green beans on top.
- Let cook about 5-7 minutes and then stir to flip the chicken. Cook another 5-7 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165℉.
- Serve over rice or with your favorite pasta.
