Place a metal bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Remove and immediately pour in 1 pint Organic whipping cream, 1/4 cup Organic cane sugar and 1 tsp Vanilla or vanilla paste.
Using a whisk attachment on your beater, whisk for 5 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the whipping cream into a gallon size plastic bag and snip the corner.
Pipe the whipped cream into dollops and place 1 tsp Sprinkles spread across the tops of all.
Freeze for 2 hours.
Remove and working quickly place into a freezer safe bag and freeze. To use, remove on and place in your favorite hot drink or on a dessert.
