Equipment
- 1 mixer stand with metal bowl and whisk can use just metal bowl and hand mixer
Ingredients
- 1 pint Organic whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Organic cane sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla or vanilla paste
- 1 tsp Sprinkles (we love supernatural)
Instructions
- Place a metal bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Remove and immediately pour in 1 pint Organic whipping cream, 1/4 cup Organic cane sugar and 1 tsp Vanilla or vanilla paste.
- Using a whisk attachment on your beater, whisk for 5 minutes until stiff peaks form.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the whipping cream into a gallon size plastic bag and snip the corner.
- Pipe the whipped cream into dollops and place 1 tsp Sprinkles spread across the tops of all.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
- Remove and working quickly place into a freezer safe bag and freeze. To use, remove on and place in your favorite hot drink or on a dessert.
