Make Ahead Whipped Topping Dollops

Equipment

  • 1 mixer stand with metal bowl and whisk can use just metal bowl and hand mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 pint Organic whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Organic cane sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla or vanilla paste
  • 1 tsp Sprinkles (we love supernatural)

Instructions

  • Place a metal bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and immediately pour in 1 pint Organic whipping cream, 1/4 cup Organic cane sugar and 1 tsp Vanilla or vanilla paste.
  • Using a whisk attachment on your beater, whisk for 5 minutes until stiff peaks form.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the whipping cream into a gallon size plastic bag and snip the corner.
  • Pipe the whipped cream into dollops and place 1 tsp Sprinkles spread across the tops of all.
  • Freeze for 2 hours.
  • Remove and working quickly place into a freezer safe bag and freeze. To use, remove on and place in your favorite hot drink or on a dessert.
