In a large skillet pour in the olive oil and heat the skillet over medium high heat. Add in the chicken breast, salt and shallots. Then, add in the broccoli and cook until the broccoli is tender.
In a small bowl or measuring cup mix together the coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, and garlic powder.
Pour this mixture over top of the chicken and broccoli and stir until the liquid boils down.
Add in the chicken broth and bring to a low boil.
Add in the ramen and once the ramen starts to soften break it up to get all of the noodles in the water.
Cook until the ramen is cooked through, stirring frequently. Toss in the sesame seeds and let those heat up 1-2 minutes.
