Organic Ramen Noodles with Chicken and Broccoli
Are you tired of making the same old chicken ramen stir fry recipe with instant noodles? Do you want to add some nutrients and flavor to your favorite comfort dish? If so, then it’s time to try the organic chicken and broccoli ramen recipe, which is a healthier twist to the classic recipe. It is ready in under 30 minutes, which means it is an easy ramen recipe for a busy weeknight meal.
By using organic noodles, which are made from whole grains, you can make your ramen much healthier and fuel your body with the essential nutrients it needs. Organic noodles are made from flour that hasn’t been treated with harmful chemicals, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers. They contain all the goodness of the grain, including nutrients such as fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals. We also use Kettle and Fire Chicken Broth, which doesn’t have many of the additives other popular brands do. Finally, we round it out with some tender chicken for the perfect protein add-on and fresh broccoli to really add some fuel. Many people like to use dark soy sauce, but we swap this out entirely for coconut aminos which has significantly less salt than soy sauce.
Ingredients:
8.4 oz. organic ramen noodles
2 TBSP. olive oil
2 sliced chicken breast (about 1.5lbs)

2 shallots chopped
4 broccoli heads chopped finely (just use the broccoli florets)
1/4 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
32 oz. chicken broth
