Instructions
In a small bowl combine
2 cups parmesan
,
2 whole garlic cloves
pressed,
1 tsp fresh chives
chopped,
1 tsp fresh thyme
chopped,
1 tsp fresh oregano
chopped,
¼ tsp fresh rosemary
chopped.
In another small dish or bowl combine
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
,
1 tsp garlic powder
and
1 tsp onion powder
.
Sprinkle onto
4 bone in pork chops
and rub in to both sides.
Coat the pork chops with
⅓ cup Greek yogurt
on both sides on all 4.
Press the parmesan cheese and herb mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
Heat a cast iron skillet on the grill to 400℉. Place pork chops in the skillet and sear on both sides until cooked to 145℉.
Let rest 5 minutes and serve.
