Parmesan and Herb Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 Bone in pork chops
  • 1 tsp Fresh chives
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp Fresh oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
  • 2 cup Parmesan (shredded from a block)
  • 2 Whole garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Combine the parmesan, garlic, chives, thyme, oregano, rosemary, salt and garlic powder.
  • Coat the pork chops with greek yogurt on both sides and sprinkle with onion powder.
  • Press the cheese mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
  • Heat a cast iron skillet on the grill to 400. Place pork chops in the skillet and sear on both sides until cooked to 145.
  • Let rest 5 minutes and serve.
