Instructions
In a food processor combine
3 whole garlic cloves
,
1 cup fresh basil
,
1 tsp onion powder
,
1 lemon
juiced and
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
.
In a bowl with a lid or zip loc place the
3 lb Pork loin
and add in the marinade. Let marinate in the fridge at least 2 hours.
Cook on the grill or in the oven a 375℉ until it reaches an internal temperature of 145℉.
