Pesto Crusted Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 3 lb Pork loin
Marinade
- 3 Whole garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup Fresh basil
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
Instructions
- In a food processor combine the garlic, basil, onion powder, lemon juice and salt.
- In a bowl with a lid or zip loc place the pork loin and add in the marinade. Let marinate in the fridge at least 2 hours.
- Cook on the grill or in the oven a 375 until it reaches an internal temperature of 145.
Notes
BEFORE YOU MAKE
- *Marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours ahead
