Pesto Crusted Pork Loin

Equipment

  • 1 gallon ziploc
  • 1 food processor

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Pork loin

Marinade

  • 3 whole garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  • In a food processor combine 3 whole garlic cloves,1 cup fresh basil, 1 tsp onion powder,1 lemon juiced and 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt.
  • In a bowl with a lid or zip loc place the 3 lb Pork loin and add in the marinade. Let marinate in the fridge at least 2 hours.
  • Cook on the grill or in the oven a 375℉ until it reaches an internal temperature of 145℉.

  • *Marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours ahead
