Pesto Crusted Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Pork loin

Marinade

  • 3 Whole garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup Fresh basil
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt

Instructions

  • In a food processor combine the garlic, basil, onion powder, lemon juice and salt.
  • In a bowl with a lid or zip loc place the pork loin and add in the marinade. Let marinate in the fridge at least 2 hours.
  • Cook on the grill or in the oven a 375 until it reaches an internal temperature of 145.

Notes

BEFORE YOU MAKE
  • *Marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours ahead
