In a medium bowl mix together 1/2 cup Einkorn flour, 1 tsp Baking powder,1/2 tsp Garlic powder.
Add in 1 lb Italian sausage and mix together completely with your hands. Add in1 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 cup Extra sharp cheddar.
Mix together completely.
Scoop out 1 TBSP. and roll into a ball. Place on the parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160f.
Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
Notes
Freeze
To freeze, place on the parchment lined baking sheet. Instead of baking, place in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove and place in a freezer safe ziploc bag. Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
