Sausage Biscuit Meatballs

Sausage Biscuit Meatballs

Equipment

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 baking sheet
  • parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup Einkorn flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Extra sharp cheddar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375f.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl mix together 1/2 cup Einkorn flour, 1 tsp Baking powder,1/2 tsp Garlic powder.
  • Add in 1 lb Italian sausage and mix together completely with your hands. Add in1 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 cup Extra sharp cheddar.
  • Mix together completely.
  • Scoop out 1 TBSP. and roll into a ball. Place on the parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160f.
  • Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.

Notes

Freeze
  • To freeze, place on the parchment lined baking sheet. Instead of baking, place in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove and place in a freezer safe ziploc bag. Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
