Add in 2 chopped chicken breast, 2 cup whole milk, 2 cup chicken broth, 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. salt. Stir well. Place the lid on and let simmer.
An hour before you are ready to serve crank the heat to high and add in the rotini and broccoli. Stir well.
20 minutes later stir. Do this every 20 minutes for an hour.
Once the pasta is done, add in 2 cups shredded parmesan and 8 oz. cream cheese. Stir.
Place the lid on and let melt for 10 minutes. Stir through.
If it is too thick add in a splash of milk until creamy.
