Slow Cooker Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast chopped
  • 2 cup organic whole milk
  • 2 1/2 cup organic chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 12 oz. rotini
  • 12 oz. frozen broccoli
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cup parmesan

Instructions

  • Turn a slow cooker to low.
  • Add in 2 chopped chicken breast, 2 cup whole milk, 2 cup chicken broth, 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. salt. Stir well. Place the lid on and let simmer.
  • An hour before you are ready to serve crank the heat to high and add in the rotini and broccoli. Stir well.
  • 20 minutes later stir. Do this every 20 minutes for an hour.
  • Once the pasta is done, add in 2 cups shredded parmesan and 8 oz. cream cheese. Stir.
  • Place the lid on and let melt for 10 minutes. Stir through.
  • If it is too thick add in a splash of milk until creamy.
  • Serve immediately.
