Instructions
In a slow cooker drizzle
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
. Turn the setting to high.
Place the
1 1/2 lb organic chicken breast
into the slow cooker.
In a small bowl mix together
1 tsp organic brown sugar
,
1 tsp garlic powder
,
1 tsp onion powder
,
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
,
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
,
1/4 tsp dried thyme
,
1 dash all spice
,
1 dash cinnamon
,
1 dash cloves
.
Sprinkle half of the seasoning mixture on top of the chicken breast. Flip and sprinkle the other half.
Pour in
1/2 cup coconut aminos
,
1 lime juiced
,
1 tbsp maple syrup
,
2 tbsp orange juice
,
1 cup mango
,
2 small sweet peppers
,
2 shallots
.
Give a stir and place the lid on.
Cook oh high for 6 hours.
Shred with a wooden spoon.
Serve over your favorite rice- enjoy!
