Wipe a a slow cooker with 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil.
Chop 2 Chicken breast cubed. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp Einkorn flour, 1 tsp Arrow root and stir.
Pour in 1 cup Whole milk, 2 cup Chicken broth, add 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Ground mustard, 12 oz Broccoli cuts, 2 Carrots grated, 1 Onion chopped and 3 clove Minced garlic.
Let cook on slow 6-8 hours or high 4 hours.
Add in 3 cup Shredded cheddar.
Add in 1/2 cup Sour cream.
Stir and serve.
