Preheat the oven to 400f
In a ziploc bag or bowl add in baking soda, salt, sugar, onion powder and smoked paprika.
Drop the wings in and shake to evenly coat.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay a single layer of chicken wings on the baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes, until the wings reach an internal temperature or at least 165f.
While the wings are baking, move on the making the sauce.
In a small saucepan combine 1/2 tsp. arrow root, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup coconut aminos, 1 tbsp. honey and 1 tbsp. chili sauce.
Whisk together and bring to a low boil.
Once thickened, remove. (It only takes 1 or 2 minutes)
Remove the wings from the oven and blace in a bowl.
Pour the sauce over and toss to coat.
