Place a 12 inch cast iron skillet over medium heat. Sautee the 5 piece uncured bacon chopped, ½ onion diced, 2 cups broccoli florets and 3 clove garlic chopped. Continue sauteeing until the onions caramelize and the broccoli starts to soften.
Add in the 2 cups of 2 cups creamy tomato sauce, 3 cups organic chicken broth and 2 cups rotini Pasta or and other favorite. Let boil until the pasta is done, stirring frequently. about 15 minutes.
Once the pasta is done and the liquid is mostly absorbed add in the ½ cup cottage cheese and sprinkle the ½ cup parmesan on top. Stir until combined.
Serve immediately.
