  • 1 bowl
  • 1 garlic press
  • 1 serving dish

Ingredients

  • 15 oz organic black eyed peas
  • 15 oz black beans
  • 1 avocado diced
  • ½ white onion finely chopped
  • 14 ½ oz diced tomatoes
  • ½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 garlic cloves pressed

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together 15 oz organic black eyed peas, 15 oz black beans, 1 avocado diced, ½ white onion finely chopped, 14 ½ oz diced tomatoes, ½ tsp pink Himalayan salt, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp smoked paprika, and 3 garlic cloves pressed
  • Pour into a decorative serving bowl, cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  • Serve with your favorite chips.
