Black Eyed Pea Dip

- 1 garlic press
- 1 serving dish
Ingredients
- 15 oz organic black eyed peas
- 15 oz black beans
- 1 avocado diced
- ½ white onion finely chopped
- 14 ½ oz diced tomatoes
- ½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 3 garlic cloves pressed
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together 15 oz organic black eyed peas, 15 oz black beans, 1 avocado diced, ½ white onion finely chopped, 14 ½ oz diced tomatoes, ½ tsp pink Himalayan salt, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp smoked paprika, and 3 garlic cloves pressed
- Pour into a decorative serving bowl, cover and chill at least 1 hour.
- Serve with your favorite chips.
