BBQ Crispy Drumsticks

Who doesn’t love a good chicken drumstick? These turn out so crispy and the vegetables are cooked perfectly. When you are craving traditional deep fried, these will easily curb that craving.
Cook the S**T Out of the Chicken Dump Meal

Equipment
- 1 baking sheet
- parchment paper
Ingredients
Drumsticks
- 9 Chicken drumsticks
- 15 fl oz Primal kitchen hawaiian style bbq sauce
- 4 Potato chopped
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt or sea salt
- 2 Zucchini sliced
Instructions
- Line a sheetpan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 400 f.
- In a bowl, coat the 9 Chicken drumsticks with 15 fl oz Primal kitchen hawaiian style bbq sauce.
- In a bag or bowl, place the 2 Zucchini sliced, 4 Potato chopped, 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- Place the potatoes on one side and zucchini the other side. Place Sprinkle some salt on top of the drumsticks to help crisp up the skin when cooking.
- Place in the oven for an hour and 10 minutes until the potatoes are crispy and the skin on the chicken is nice and crispy. Check the internal temp. of the chicken and be sure it is at least 165 f.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

- You can use any vegetable you would like.
