Creamy Cheddar Chicken Casserole

Do you remember growing up and your mom making the creamy chicken casserole using canned soup? This has all of the delicious flavors without all of the added preservatives. We used our homemade broccoli cheddar soup recipe to create a delicious sauce.
Creamy Cheddar Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup Broccoli cheddar soup See recipe below
- 1 cup Organic whole milk
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 2 Organic chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp All purpose seasoning
- 1 1/4 cup Organic brown rice
- 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Gruyere
- 1 cup Organic frozen broccoli
Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 375 f.
- Rinse the rice prior to using.
- In a bowl whisk together 2 1/2 cup Broccoli cheddar soup, 1 cup Organic whole milk, 1 cup Chicken broth, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Onion powder and 1/4 tsp Paprika.
- Wipe a 9x13 pan with olive oil. Pour in the1 1/4 cup Organic brown rice that has been rinsed.
- Pour the mixture from the bowl over top of the rice. Mix together.
- Place the 2 Organic chicken breast on top.
- Sprinkle the top of the chicken breast with 1/2 tsp All purpose seasoning. Sprinkle on top of the seasoning the 1/2 cup Gruyere and then over the top of the entire casserole with 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs.
- Place the 1 cup Organic frozen broccoli around the chicken.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 90-120 minutes.
- When you remove, stir the rice immediately and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
