Equipment

  • 1 cast iron skillet
  • 1 ziploc or glass bowl with lid

Ingredients

  • 3 clove Garlic (minced)

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup Green onions (Chopped)
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp Dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp Pink himalayan salt
  • 1 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into cubes)

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine 3 clove Garlic chopped, 1/4 cup Green onions, 1 Lemon juiced, 1/4 tsp Oregano, 1/4 tsp Dried basil, 1/4 tsp Dried dill, 1/2 tsp Pink himalayan salt Whisk together.
  • Toss in the 1 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast and let marinate up to 2 hours.
  • Cook over medium heat on a cast iron skillet until chicken is cooked through. Make sure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 f. About 15-20 minutes. You can use a traditional pan as well just be sure to add oil first.
