Boursin and Pistachio Cheese Ball

• 1 serving board

Ingredients

• 5 ¼ oz Boursin fine herb cheese
• 1 cup green grapes (quartered)
• ½ cup salted pistachios peeled (finely crushed)

Instructions

• Mix together 1 cup green grapes, and 5 ¼ oz Boursin fine herb cheese.  Roll into a ball. 
• Roll the ball into ½ cup salted pistachios peeled and finely crushed.
• Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to use. 

Notes

Can be made mini. Roll 1 tbsp of cheese into the pistachios.
