Boursin and Pistachio Cheese Ball

This Boursin and Pistachio Cheese Ball is probably one of the strangest sounding combinations, but it gives you that salty and sweet combination.  One you start eating it, you literally cannot stop.  Serve this at your next party and you won’t be disappointed.

Boursin and Pistachio Cheese Ball

Equipment

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 serving board

Ingredients

  • 5 1/4 oz Boursin fine herb cheese
  • 1 cup Green grapes (quartered)
  • 1/2 cup Salted peeled pistachios (crushed fine)

Instructions

  • Mix together the 1 cup Green grapes and 5 1/4 oz Boursin fine herb cheese.  Roll into a ball. 
  • Roll the ball into the 1/2 cup Salted peeled pistachios.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to use. 

Notes

Can be made mini. Roll 1 TBSP of cheese into the pistachios.
