Chicken Meatball Star Soup

Equipment

  • 1 all in one slow cooker

Ingredients

  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 16 oz Chicken Meatballs Kidfresh are super clean and have added vegetables
  • 1 organic onion finely diced
  • 2 organic carrots chopped
  • 1 lb organic green beans
  • 2 tsp M Salt or any salt/pepper/garlic blend
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 64 oz organic chicken broth
  • 7 oz stelline pasta I love Jovial Foods

Instructions

  • In an all in one cooker, turn the heat to sear. Add in the 16 oz Chicken Meatballs, 1 organic onion, 2 organic carrots, 1 lb organic green beans and 2 tsp M Salt. Let sautee for 5-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Add in 1 tsp Italian Seasoning and 64 oz organic chicken broth.
  • Reduce the heat to slow cook high and place the lid on.
  • Cook for 4 hours.
  • 30 minutes before serving, add in the 7 oz stelline pasta.
  • Let cook for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers.

Notes

To freeze, bring the soup to room temperature. Pour into a Ball jar or freezer safe container.  Be sure to leave room a the top and freeze for up to 2 months.
