Chicken Meatball Star Soup
Equipment
- 1 all in one slow cooker
Ingredients
- extra virgin olive oil
- 16 oz Chicken Meatballs Kidfresh are super clean and have added vegetables
- 1 organic onion finely diced
- 2 organic carrots chopped
- 1 lb organic green beans
- 2 tsp M Salt or any salt/pepper/garlic blend
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 64 oz organic chicken broth
- 7 oz stelline pasta I love Jovial Foods
Instructions
- In an all in one cooker, turn the heat to sear. Add in the 16 oz Chicken Meatballs, 1 organic onion, 2 organic carrots, 1 lb organic green beans and 2 tsp M Salt. Let sautee for 5-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add in 1 tsp Italian Seasoning and 64 oz organic chicken broth.
- Reduce the heat to slow cook high and place the lid on.
- Cook for 4 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, add in the 7 oz stelline pasta.
- Let cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
Notes
To freeze, bring the soup to room temperature. Pour into a Ball jar or freezer safe container. Be sure to leave room a the top and freeze for up to 2 months.
