Chicken Parmesan Tenders
If you like traditional chicken parmesan, this is a must try! You can easily batch these ahead of time so whenever you need a quick meal and have a craving for the traditional comfort food you can make them on the go.

Homemade parmesan chicken tenders- make ahead for an easy snack or meal.
Chicken Tenders Prep Parmesan Style

Equipment
- 1 baking sheet
- parchment paper
- 2 bowls
Ingredients
- 2 cup Panko (We like Aleia's brand)
- 1 cup Parmesan (grated from a block)
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Pink himalayan salt
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried parsley
- 2 clove Whole garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 Egg
- 2 Egg whites
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 3 lb Organic chicken tenderloins
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the 2 clove Whole garlic cloves minced , 2 Egg,2 Egg whites and 1/2 tsp Black pepper.
- In another bowl combine 2 cup Panko, 1 cup Parmesan, 2 tsp Garlic powder,2 tsp Onion powder, 2 tsp Pink himalayan salt, 2 tsp Oregano, and 1 tsp Dried parsley
- Toss the 3 lb Organic chicken tenderloins one at a time into the egg mixture and coat.
- Toss into the breading mixture and coat.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 18-25 minutes flipping half way through
Notes
- To freeze instead of baking place the parchment lined baking sheet in the freezer. Flash freeze for 2 hours. Place the chicken tenders in one freezer bag and place back in the freezer.
