Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • In a mason jar add 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil , 1 lemon, 2 tbsp dijon mustard , 2 tbsp honey , 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp salt , and 1/2 tsp pepper . Shake well
  • Use right away or store in fridge for up to two weeks
